By using this website or booking travel services through Voyages by J. Brian Harris LLC (“the Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all consultations, bookings, and travel services provided by the Agency.

The Agency acts solely as an independent intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, rental car companies, and travel insurance providers.

The Agency does not own, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, financial stability, or performance.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate traveler information (legal names, dates of birth, passport details)
   
• Ensuring travel documents are valid (passports, visas, vaccinations)
   
• Reviewing all confirmations and travel documents upon receipt
   
• Complying with supplier rules and local laws
   

The Agency is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

• Prices are subject to availability and change until paid in full
   
• Many suppliers require non-refundable deposits
   
• Final payment deadlines are set by suppliers, not the Agency
   
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation and penalties
   

The Agency is not responsible for pricing changes due to taxes, fuel surcharges, supplier adjustments, or currency fluctuations.

The Agency may charge service and/or travel planning fees for consultations, research, itinerary design, bookings, and ongoing trip support.

• Fees are separate from supplier costs
   
• Fees are disclosed prior to booking
   
• Fees may apply even if travel is not ultimately booked
   
• Service and planning fees are non-refundable
   

These fees compensate the Agency for professional time and expertise and do not guarantee supplier availability or pricing.

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of the travel supplier.

• Many bookings are non-refundable
   
• Change fees may apply
   
• Refunds, if applicable, are issued by suppliers—not the Agency
   
• Processing timelines are determined by the supplier
   

Agency service and planning fees are non-refundable.

The Agency strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.

If a client declines travel insurance, the Agency is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, accidents, weather disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

By booking travel, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel. The Agency is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or damages resulting from such risks.

The Agency is not liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, government actions, airline or supplier strikes, terrorism, or civil unrest.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for:

• Supplier defaults or bankruptcies
   
• Schedule changes or missed connections
   
• Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
   
• Injury, illness, or death
   
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• 
   

Clients agree to contact the Agency directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks for valid services rendered may result in additional fees and documentation provided to the payment processor.

All website content, including text and images, is provided for informational purposes only. The Agency is not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information and reserves the right to correct errors at any time.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will apply to all new bookings.
