We do not charge service or planning fees for commissionable bookings.
We only charge fees when a trip requires intensive planning and no supplier commission is paid.

If your trip is commissionable, you pay us nothing.

This includes most:

• Cruises
   
• All-inclusive resorts
   
• Vacation packages
   
• Commissionable hotels, tours, and experiences
   

What you receive at no cost:
✔ Consultation and recommendations
✔ Booking and confirmation management
✔ Supplier coordination
✔ Basic itinerary support
✔ Assistance with routine changes and issues

👉 Our compensation comes entirely from the travel supplier, not you.

Fees are charged only when:

• The travel is non-commissionable, and
   
• The request requires significant research, customization, or planning time
   

Examples include:

• Airfare-only bookings
   
• Non-commissionable hotels or third-party bookings
   
• Complex custom itineraries (FIT travel)
   
• Multi-city or international research without commission
   
• “Planning-only” or “book-for-me” requests

• Domestic or simple non-commissionable travel: $100–$200
   
• International or multi-city itineraries: $200–$300
   
• Highly complex or research-intensive planning: $300+
   

✔ Fees cover professional research, itinerary design, booking, and support
✔ Fees are disclosed and agreed to before work begins
✔ Planning fees are non-refundable once work starts

• Commissionable bookings: No fee for standard changes
   
• Non-commissionable or re-planning requests: $15–$75 depending on complexity
   

Supplier change or cancellation penalties are separate and set by the provider.

• Fees are never based on trip cost
   
• We do not charge fees simply for booking commissionable travel
   
• Fees exist solely to support professional time when no supplier compensation is provided
   
• All fees are communicated clearly and approved in advance
